Passengers/Pillions: Many Passengers take their turn in riding, this can help reduce tiredness brought about by long stints on the front, even though you comply with the compulsory rest breaks.

It is essential that Passengers/Pillions check that they are insured whilst riding in the event. Although many Passengers who own a motorcycle may have cover to “ride other motorcycles with the owner’s permission”, they may not be covered whilst riding in such an Event. Therefore Passengers/Pillions are recommended to check their insurance cover to ensure they are covered for such an event as it is unlikely they will be covered by the main entrants own bike policy.
