Motorbike Scatter Challenge

THE 2017 BIKER RALLIES CHALLENGE RULES – SATURDAY THE 17TH JUNE 2017

This years Challenge will start and finish at The Langton Inn adjacent to the Premier Inn, Melton Road, East Langton, Market Harborough LE16 7TG – accommodation is available at the Premier Inn (click this link).

Welcome to the 2017 BIKER RALLIES UK Challenge.

The object of this challenge is to complete various stages, collecting answers to clues and or receipts on your travels. These answers and or receipts form the basis of the successful completion of the Event.

Insurance – BIKER RALLIES UK DO NOT PROVIDE ANY INSURANCE COVER FOR THESE CHALLENGES AND ACCEPTS NO LIABILITIES IN ANY RESPECT FOR ANY RIDER/PASSENGER TAKING PART IN THIS EVENT.

It is therefore VERY IMPORTANT – You should check that your Motorcycle insurance covers you for this event. This is not a race and speed plays no part, in the challenge whatsoever.

You are therefore strongly advised to check with your Insurer before taking part.

Passengers/Pillions: Many Passengers take their turn in riding, this can help reduce tiredness brought about by long stints on the front, even though you comply with the compulsory rest breaks.

It is essential that Passengers/Pillions check that they are insured whilst riding in the event. Although many Passengers who own a motorcycle may have cover to “ride other motorcycles with the owner’s permission”, they may not be covered whilst riding in such an Event. Therefore Passengers/Pillions are recommended to check their insurance cover to ensure they are covered for such an event as it is unlikely they will be covered by the main entrants own bike policy.

This year we have split the Challenge into 5 parts:
